This policy covers the public Tefillah Energy website and its short fit-check form.

Information collected

When you submit the fit-check, Tefillah Energy receives your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the support category you select, and any short note you choose to add.

How it is used

Your information is used to review your inquiry, respond to you, decide whether the service may be a suitable fit, and manage the resulting relationship. It is not sold or rented.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Fit-check submissions are processed through a secure Vercel function, stored in Brevo, and delivered to Tefillah Energy's Google Workspace inbox so Tiferet Leah can respond. A Google Forms alternative is also available and is governed by Google's privacy terms. Purchases made through an external checkout are governed by that provider's privacy and payment terms. The site also retrieves font files from Google Fonts when a page loads; as with most web requests, the provider receives technical connection information such as an IP address.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” It is used to understand visits, traffic sources, and website interactions. Contact-form details are not sent to Google Analytics, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled, and withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection after the page reloads. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using the button below.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a client relationship, meet legitimate record-keeping needs, and protect the service. Reasonable access controls are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask what inquiry information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion where no legal or operational obligation requires continued retention.
